Bob Scott

Following a distinguished 30‑year career in law enforcement, Bob founded IntraOrbis in 2004. Together with his co‑director and wife, Pauline, he has guided the firm’s growth through sustained self‑investment and strategic foresight.

Their leadership has ensured the business continually evolves to meet the changing needs of clients, demonstrating resilience and innovation through challenges such as the global pandemic. Today, their shared vision continues to shape IntraOrbis under the guiding principle of “Fusing AI with Investigative Wisdom.”

Pauline Scott

Pauline is Co‑Director of IntraOrbis and a former Specialist Detective with 28 years of experience in intelligence and source management. She brings extensive operational and strategic expertise, along with a critical, analytical perspective that sharpens the firm’s investigative capability.

In addition to overseeing core operational and back‑office functions, Pauline provides guidance on advanced investigative projects, ensuring every initiative benefits from her deep knowledge, practical insight, and unwavering professional standards.

Charles Clark OBE

Charles Clark OBE QPM DL BA (Hons) 1st Class, MBA, brings a distinguished 39‑year policing career to his role with IntraOrbis, having retired as Deputy Chief Constable of Essex Police.

He joined the company in May 2017 as a Non‑Executive Adviser and Consultant, where he plays a pivotal role in maintaining and strengthening IntraOrbis’ compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Charles conducts detailed internal audits and oversees the facilitation of external audits, ensuring the organisation consistently meets the highest levels of operational quality and governance.

Our longest serving team member and has been instrumental in professionalizing our back-office, HR, Finance infrastructure, securing key accreditations such as ISO 9001 and Investors in People.

Provides support to Finance HR and Office Manager within the budgeting, invoicing and accounting workflow and provides operational administrative support.

Operations Manager

Clare

A former Law Enforcement Detective Supervisor with 30 years of experience in Serious Crime investigation, leads the operational team and oversees the delivery of all investigative services at IntraOrbis.

Investigations Coordinator

Sue

A former Law Enforcement Detective with 30 years of experience in Serious Crime investigation, Sue coordinates all investigative delivery and quality assures all work product from our Strategic Partners.

Investigations Coordinator / Researcher 

Martin

Recently retired from 30 years in Law Enforcement, specialising in the investigation of Organised and Serious Crime cases. He works with Sue in the coordination of investigations as well supporting the Ops Manager and conducting vital investigative research.

Ensures the smooth running of the process and procedures of critical workflows across Operations and Back Office at IntraOrbis.

Responsible for the smooth running of the secure storage and the photographic requirements at IntraOrbis.
